Shipping policy
At Nana Hana, we strive to deliver your orders efficiently and on time. Here is our shipping policy for your reference:
Processing and Shipping Time:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Estimated delivery time: 7-15 business days.
Shipping Rates:

Domestic Shipping (India):
- A shipping charge of ₹150 applies to all orders below ₹3000.
- Free shipping is offered on orders above ₹3000.
International Shipping:
- Currently, we do not have an official process for international shipping. If you have an order request that requires international shipping, please contact us at customer@nanahana.in or call us at +91 8128388359. We will reach out to you as soon as possible to discuss the available options.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package.
Shipping Delays:
- Unforeseen delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control. We will notify you if your delivery is significantly delayed.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- Nana Hana is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. These charges, if any, are the customer’s responsibility.
Address Changes:
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. For changes, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at customer@nanahana.in.
